Terms of Service

MobileOne ERP is a product operated by MobileOne ("MobileOne", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MobileOne ERP software, website (mobileone.in), mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MobileOne provides a cloud-based ERP platform for mobile retail businesses, including modules for new phone sales, used/refurbished phones, repair, CRM, and accounts. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and verify your email.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be authorized to represent the business you register.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans (monthly or yearly), plus applicable taxes (GST).
New accounts may include a free trial period. After the trial, your selected plan will be charged automatically.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle via your authorized payment method until you cancel.
Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). You authorize recurring charges by subscribing.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Please review the plan before purchase and see our Refund Policy. For billing issues, contact sales@mobileone.in.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.

6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Copying

The Service — including all software, source code, design, layout, text, graphics, workflows, and features — is the exclusive property of MobileOne and is protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business only.

You may NOT copy, reproduce, republish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or create derivative or similar works from any part of the Service, its code, or its design, whether in whole or in part. "MobileOne" and its logo are trademarks of MobileOne. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We store and process it to provide the Service, and protect it with reasonable security measures. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details, or contact us at sales@mobileone.in.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if fees are unpaid, these Terms are violated, or use harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. See our Cancellation Policy.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
