This Privacy Policy explains how MobileOne ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MobileOne ERP software, our website (mobileone.in), our Android apps (MobileOne ERP, MobileOne CRM, MobileOne Promoter) and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, business name, email address, mobile number, and login credentials.
Business data: the inventory, sales, customer, repair, billing, lead/enquiry and call-outcome records you or your staff enter into the Service.
Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
Usage & device data: log data, device/browser type, and basic analytics to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process subscriptions, send invoices, and manage billing.
To send account, transaction, renewal, and support communications (email/WhatsApp).
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) to complete transactions.
Service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, email/messaging) who help us run the Service, under confidentiality obligations.
Legal authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure and protected with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and per-business access controls (staff can only see their own shop's data). While we take security seriously, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data by emailing sales@mobileone.in. You retain ownership of the business data you enter.

7. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.

9. Mobile Apps (Android)

Our Android apps on Google Play are business tools used by shop owners and their staff with a login issued by the shop. They connect to the same MobileOne account as the web Service; this Policy applies to them in full. The apps show no advertisements and contain no third-party advertising SDKs.

9.1 Permissions and why we ask for them

Internet (all apps): to sync with your MobileOne account.
Camera (all apps, optional): to scan barcodes / IMEI numbers and to attach photos. Images are processed on the device for scanning; photos you choose to attach are stored with that record in your shop's account. The camera is never used in the background.
Notifications (all apps, optional): reminders for scheduled callbacks, customer buy dates and app updates.
Phone — make calls and read phone state (MobileOne CRM only): when staff tap a lead, the app places the call and detects when that call ends so it can record the call's duration against that lead. The app does not read your call history / call log, does not record audio, and never accesses calls that were not started from the app.
Storage / Downloads (handled through the system file picker): to import Excel files you choose and to save PDF / Excel exports you request. We do not read other files on the device.

We do not collect your location, contacts, SMS, device identifiers or advertising identifiers in any of the apps.

9.2 Messages to customers

WhatsApp messages sent from the apps are sent by the staff member from their own WhatsApp account; we do not send messages on your behalf and do not read your chats.

9.3 Account and data deletion

A shop owner can delete leads, customers and other records from within the ERP at any time. To delete a staff login or an entire shop account, email sales@mobileone.in from the owner's registered email; we will confirm and delete the account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., GST invoices). Customers of a shop who want their details removed from that shop's CRM may contact the shop, or email us and we will coordinate the deletion.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
