Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription to the MobileOne ERP software ("Service").

1. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the automatic renewal of your plan for the next billing cycle.

2. Access After Cancellation

• When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.
• After that period ends, your plan will not renew and paid features will be paused.
• Cancellation does not delete your data immediately; contact us if you want your account data exported or deleted.

3. Refund on Cancellation

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Please review our Refund Policy for details on when refunds may apply.

4. How to Cancel

• From your MobileOne account/billing section (where available), or
• By emailing sales@mobileone.in from your registered email with your account details. We will process the cancellation and confirm by email.
